payment due date
支払い期日
due dateだと期限や出産予定日という意味で使われる事もあります。
The due date for the payment was last Friday. We must call your attention to your account which is now overdue.
（お支払い期限は先週の金曜日でした。お支払いが滞っていることをお知らせ致します。）
※overdue 未払いの、支払い期限を過ぎた
